February 21, 2009: Engineers Week at IIT
VoIP Student volunteers created and operated a booth at Engineers Week again this year. Our booth invited the children to "get Voipanized." Children placed audio/video calls and then watched as others morphed their video images, turning them into strange creatures, adding silly hats, bizarre eye-glasses, and other disguises. Children received print copies of their morphed-selves as souvenirs.
Seeing yourself turned into a large green lizard may help you remember that the new capabilities we get with VoIP come with new vulnerabilities! [top]
